I have been trying to contact the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to book an Appointment for Authentication of my document but the contact on their page is not working and they are not responding to emails, please is there anyone that can help? Or can I go without any appointment?

Hello everyone. A quick update on legalization of documents. I was fortunate to get a date but was turned back at the consulate because they no longer accept that particular signature from the consulate.

I would suggest that if anyone's document has a similar signature to mine, please get another before attending your appointment.

The level of capriciousness is unmatched.

However as of 2 weeks ago, I sent the embassy a mail requesting for an appointment date for DOV collection, but I'm yet to receive a response till now, should I resend the mail?
Moreso I'm wondering if legalization can also be done at this same appointment date, or the mail for legalization should be separate?
I'll appreciate your responses🙏🏼

I went though the same issue last year. I sent them mails for legalization from april and they kept posting me, telling me they were booked or having technical problems. The last mail they sent to me, they said i should wait till January of the next year. So i just paid someone to help me

I don't think they are replying to emails requesting appointments because I have sent out an email over a month ago, yet no response till now. I think another guy on here is facing a similar issue.
