Apologise for breach of peace in a public tertiary education institution funded by tax payers' money.
If peace was not breached, Obi would not comment. Some people present during the breach of peace must have observed and told Peter Obi that two persons died during the breach of peace. Auchi Polytechnic should not become a market place where touts in the name of students union officials breach peace anyhow and receive payoffs from the ruling party to continue with breach of public peace.
