Please I need a real advice I'm 30 years old having financial problems I have a small gas shop and I'm into online stuff (game)but since 3 year now things went really weird ..... Have try many spiritual consultation but everything isn't working. Have been trying to survive with the little money on the gas and sold many properties but[b] I want to start a new life thinking of selling my house[/b] change my environment and rent a low income apartment and purchase a car to start transportation business
(Uber)? Have been trying to endure but it's really crazy now I left my house to stay with a friend in one room ?

If there's a way you can go about starting over again without selling your house, that will be fine

Don't even think of selling your house ..
What if you go broke after selling your house youd loose in both ends ..
A car is a liability also
Look for peoples want and find a way of giving them their want at a price..
I'd give you one example you know chicken will be expensive by December and people will need chicken or Turkey to eat at December with your little income go to the hatchery and get like 20 chicken and feed them till December when December comes your make your money .. try other stuffs too an so most people dey ruff am but na small small
