These guys are a hopeless case. They say the Gen Z are rude and disrespectful. Who's more disrespectful than the elder who doesn't provide for his children? Who's more disrespectful than the elder who builds away from home? Who's more disrespectful than the elder who has seen others die and refused to repair the hospital?

Two friends and former heads of state were in London hospital. One of them ruled Nigeria from 1998 to 1999 and the other one ruled from 1983-85 and 2015-23, yet they had no shame but to use a London hospital and you expect these young chaps to respect you? Come on!

A child born in 1998 is now 27. A child born in 1983 is now 42. A child born in 2015 is now 10 years old. And you want these kids to see you and respect you? Respect is not automatic, it's earned.

This isn't good news one bit, imagine having to die in a foreign clinic because you lack zero trust in what you have back home.

This is different from reoccurring expenditure.

So all those numbers you are seeing there are just amounts earmarked based on an expected benchmark, not what was spent.

These figures are unnecessarily excessive...

I have frequently visited a State Government House clinic... there is nothing special that should arise such a bill... there already have in-house... functional laboratory, imaging equipment and state of art theatre....

Basically what a Government House clinic spends monthly are on drugs and consumables... while salaries are catered by the health ministry... Presently these recurrent bill shouldn't exceed N10million on a monthly basis....

Integrity and accountability is what Nigeria needs to revive...

It's no different from what I have in mind.
But truth of the matter is that even if the hospital don't receive all that money they budgeted, at least it gets a sizable chunk of that fund each year. Why not fix the damnn hospital and the health care sector by extension? If you want to go outside for treatment as a president due to security reasons, no problem, but fix these facilities so that Nigerians can get quality service then you can go and die in your London clinic, no problem. The other time Aisha was complaining about the state of the said hospital. let's not keep making excuses for these demons.

Men! That regime in government was squanderlous!! An average of $3b per year between 2015-2018? Yet, none of the facilities could treat the government officials except they are flown abroad? Even Osinbajo who didn't fly abroad for surgery had to use a hospital in Lagos for his surgery.
This country should end and everyone should go back to their country.

Tinubu is a wicked man for that budget... this is very insensitive
