lexy2014:Everything question was answered. How you understand the answer depends on your IQ. For instance, it is said less than 100k doctors attend to more than 200m Nigerian population. Does that mean all Nigerians fall sick at once? It is low of you to even imagine all the 1500 civil servants in the clinic fall sick at once, that was why I gave an example with average attendance of 30-50 patients per day. No need for these I too know you trying hard to portray. Like I said, I'm not defending any politician there, I even told you that it'll be shocking to know that it is even the civil servants in that clinic who embezzle most of these funds. |

OBJECTIVITY4ALL:This is what so many failed to understand. I bet you are a civil servant to know this. Currption in civil service has become the order of the day, infact, if you don't join the corrupt ones, you Stand the chance of being victimized or even loose your job |

GorillaApp:I am saying they are not getting what was quoted in the budget, not that they are not getting funds. You can only judge them by thier expenditure not by what was budgetted So what you should be asking for is expenditure in that fiscal year. So if 250 million was budgetted for and only 100 million was expended, we should be auditing the expended 100 million not the budgetted 250 million. So yes money was spent, but it is wrong to judge efficiency of that organisation on budget not expenditure. |

pembisco:This is your initial response. pembisco:where in your response above did you answer the following questions? 1. are these 1500 personnel always sick? 2. how did you come by this figure? 3. which civil servants work "around aso villa"? 4. since you acknowledge that aso villa clinic is for the president and his family, how come buhari didnt use it and tinubu is not using despite such huge allocations to it? 5. if N1.33b can be allocated for aso villa for 1500 civil servants, how much is allocated to say the federal medical centre that deals with a much higher number of visitors and patients? |

lexy2014:Still asking which civil servants work in aso villa, I guess you've never been to any government house talk more of the clinics and you obviously don't know and don't want know. There are civil servants from ministries of health, works and housing, defence etc who work in Aso villa or any other government house. Lol, you think is only politicians and their aids work in these places. The cleaners, security personnel, medical personnel etc are civil servants. Most offices in the villa have civil servants there. Same way security personnel are posted to the villa is same way other staff of federal MDAs are posted to the villa. Some lobby to be posted there. Note. There's no place I claimed the clinic is for the president and his family, infact I elaborated more for you to understand that the clinic is meant for all the staff of the Aso villa and their families. Try to read with an open mind and understand how things work so that you can a have better argument to approaching things. Do not just argue for the sake of argument. Have broader knowledge of these things, it'll help you a lot. Ok you that contesting the 1500 staff there, how did you know that staff are not 1500 ? How did you know that the 1500 don't fall sick at same time? you see, it'll be beer parlor's way of presenting arguments if I begin to question you like this. So bottom line is, know how the system works ( who and who works there, under how my departments are there etc) from there, you can develop your argument. |

lexy2014:To answer your number five, like I said l, read to understand. I previously told you that medical care in aso villa and government house clinics are free. But you are busy comparing it with federal medical centers where patients pay bills, and part of the bills are used as running costs. Federal Medical Centers fall under Revenue Services while the Aso Villa and other government house clinics fall under FREE services. The two cannot be compared |

pembisco:can you show me the argument you are referring to? when did questions become argument? for someone who has learnt and has basic knowledge, how is it that you cannot differentiate between questions and argument? since you have learnt, I am surprised that you cannot answer simple questions. according to you: pembisco:This is your initial response. pembisco:where in your response above did you answer the following questions? 1. are these 1500 personnel always sick? 2. how did you come by this figure? 3. which civil servants work "around aso villa"? 4. since you acknowledge that aso villa clinic is for the president and his family, how come buhari didnt use it and tinubu is not using despite such huge allocations to it? 5. if N1.33b can be allocated for aso villa for 1500 civil servants, how much is allocated to say the federal medical centre that deals with a much higher number of visitors and patients? |
