Sorry, which of the questions did your write up answer?
Everything question was answered. How you understand the answer depends on your IQ.
For instance, it is said less than 100k doctors attend to more than 200m Nigerian population. Does that mean all Nigerians fall sick at once? It is low of you to even imagine all the 1500 civil servants in the clinic fall sick at once, that was why I gave an example with average attendance of 30-50 patients per day. No need for these I too know you trying hard to portray. Like I said, I'm not defending any politician there, I even told you that it'll be shocking to know that it is even the civil servants in that clinic who embezzle most of these funds.

OBJECTIVITY4ALL:
Can the civil servants be trusted, given their role in overseeing the daily operations of the state? From directors to the permanent secretary of the state house, they form a crucial conduit that may hinder the proper allocation of funds to meet the anticipated standards. It is one matter for the president to authorize expenditures, and quite another for civil servants to exhibit the patriotism necessary to utilize the funds judiciously. The president has delegated the responsibility, and it is expected to be executed without stringent oversight.
This is what so many failed to understand. I bet you are a civil servant to know this. Currption in civil service has become the order of the day, infact, if you don't join the corrupt ones, you Stand the chance of being victimized or even loose your job

Please help me answer this question first. Does the hospital get any money at all or not? Are you saying they never received a dime in all of these years
I am saying they are not getting what was quoted in the budget, not that they are not getting funds.

You can only judge them by thier expenditure not by what was budgetted

So what you should be asking for is expenditure in that fiscal year.
So if 250 million was budgetted for and only 100 million was expended, we should be auditing the expended 100 million not the budgetted 250 million.
So yes money was spent, but it is wrong to judge efficiency of that organisation on budget not expenditure.

No be the same aso rock all president stay?..
Let me tell you, most of them won’t use these hospitals even if it brand new because they don’t trust our medical personnel to be confidential and also most personnel can be bought. Make dem no go give one president injection and claim medical error when the deed has been done. Let’s be wise my people, it’s a deliberate decision not to use Nigerian hospitals until we reach a state where we can trust each other to do what’s right!.
You think you made sense with this your submissionhuh

This is your initial response.

pembisco:
In as far as the amount allocated is outrageous, Aso rock clinic like any other government house clinic caters for all the staff working there. And yes there are civil servants working in those places, the security personnel, the clinic medical staff etc are all civil servants and have access to the clinic when the need arises. Also note that consultations, laboratory investigations, drugs etc are all free as far as you have access to those clinics. I'm not defending these politicians embezzling state funds, just want to give an inside on how these works.

Because services in those clinics are rendered free, the money allocated is actually justified IF and only IF it is untilized in all honesty. Just imagine running a clinic for a whole year without collecting a dime from any patient and you have patient load of 30-50 per day. This can give you an idea of the cost. But this is Nigeria, the money is embezzled and those accessing services in the clinics end up getting little to nothing in terms in proper diagnosis and treatment...hence the reason Aisha Buhari once complained of lack of Panadol in the Aso rock clinic.
It might shock you to know that the people embezzling these monies are the civil servants working in those clinics, I mean the top civil servants.
where in your response above did you answer the following questions?

1. are these 1500 personnel always sick?

2. how did you come by this figure?

3. which civil servants work "around aso villa"?

4. since you acknowledge that aso villa clinic is for the president and his family, how come buhari didnt use it and tinubu is not using despite such huge allocations to it?

5. if N1.33b can be allocated for aso villa for 1500 civil servants, how much is allocated to say the federal medical centre that deals with a much higher number of visitors and patients?

Still asking which civil servants work in aso villa, I guess you've never been to any government house talk more of the clinics and you obviously don't know and don't want know. There are civil servants from ministries of health, works and housing, defence etc who work in Aso villa or any other government house. Lol, you think is only politicians and their aids work in these places. The cleaners, security personnel, medical personnel etc are civil servants. Most offices in the villa have civil servants there. Same way security personnel are posted to the villa is same way other staff of federal MDAs are posted to the villa. Some lobby to be posted there.

Note. There's no place I claimed the clinic is for the president and his family, infact I elaborated more for you to understand that the clinic is meant for all the staff of the Aso villa and their families. Try to read with an open mind and understand how things work so that you can a have better argument to approaching things. Do not just argue for the sake of argument. Have broader knowledge of these things, it'll help you a lot. Ok you that contesting the 1500 staff there, how did you know that staff are not 1500 ? How did you know that the 1500 don't fall sick at same time? you see, it'll be beer parlor's way of presenting arguments if I begin to question you like this. So bottom line is, know how the system works ( who and who works there, under how my departments are there etc) from there, you can develop your argument.

To answer your number five, like I said l, read to understand. I previously told you that medical care in aso villa and government house clinics are free. But you are busy comparing it with federal medical centers where patients pay bills, and part of the bills are used as running costs. Federal Medical Centers fall under Revenue Services while the Aso Villa and other government house clinics fall under FREE services. The two cannot be compared

Why since 2015...?
Because this government has been in power since 2015 if you can remember.

When people critique government they find the seam between the old and new governments and start there, because they made the choice for 'change' and voted out the old believing the new will be better.

If you can’t remember as well, since 1999 we have been budgeting for aso rock healthcare. Where has the money gone?.. if you want to scold a government, scold all without leaving any out.
I’m not defending corruption, I want us to be fair and just in our criticism.

Don't know about you but some folks still think when they vote it means something and not just changing government for changing sake, that is to fulfill hwir sentiments or fantasy.
