Lagos state was developed by the western regional government and later Lagos state government. Lagos Island and Ikoyi were FCT and not Lagos state. Ikoyi and Island was only added to Lagos state when FCT was moved to Abuja in 1990. And yes, Tinubu as governor and political leader of Lagos state turned the state around to the beauty that it is today.

I know everywhere in yoruba land, and I can tell you for free that the most developed village in yoruba land is Ijebu Ode, and I challenge you or any yoruba man or woman to prove me wrong.

Ibadan is a massive village, and if land mass is what we are discussing here then ibadan would be at the front. In the entire ibadan the only place that is developed is Oluyole Estate, Alalubosa estate, and Bodija where the state government is located, the rest of the land mass is a Republic of Brown Roof!

Having travelled most states in Nigeria, I can tell you boldly that yoruba people have nowhere to showcase apart from Lagos which is conglomerate of all Nigerians

We are proud of our brown roofs, that show early civilisation in yorubaland. When our ancestors were building those houses, yours were still living in forest with animals and covered with leafs🤣🤣🤣 Oyo state is just about the size of your 5plot of land combined and just as we have the ancient part of the city, we also have the modern part of the city non of your state can be compared with.

I served in owerri and did my camp in Umuna bende Abia state, so don’t think you talking to a novice what economic activities is going on in SE compared to SW? Owerri that has more hotels than industries? Ibadan is the next big city in Sw after Lagos and it boast of so many first eg Tv station, first storey building, first university etc and also infrastructure such as rail, viable industries, agric settlements, research institutes etc, which of your city can boast of that?
