Because you don't control other people and, what they can or cannot. I thought you should have learned this as an adult.

If your tale is true, then why did he not divorce? I think our men are so invested in marriage it becomes hard for them to let go.

how would you bury a case of murder e con be your mother inlaw. Let us not be sentimental. You can't bury such case mostly here in naija because your inlaw would fight you to death if sumtin as such happens here. Over there in Canada, he would enjoy some benefits in prison but here in naija na life or condemned he go dey and there's no hope of him coming out soon and the only visitors he would get here might even be very few family members.

The thing happened 12:30am, me and him even speak that same day 9:30pm, which he had told me about any conflict I would have advice him. I really can't tell why he ran to the wood's. He wasn't with phone or nothing. I'm glad he just left coma not quite long and he was even shocked when they told him the MIL died.. we are waiting to hear is side of the story...even his wife was shocked when they broke the news that he has woken up. My brother I can't really judge... He go talk him on side of the story tomorrow. I go post am here too

Yes hopefully they will, a friend is going there with a lawyer to see him. Since it's murder case you can't just go there randomly.

I hate to say this, but all of these stories we like to tell are meaningless in the end. There was no gun put to his head when he was busy doing all of this and spending all of this money, so these stories no mean nothing at all. Spending on a woman does not grant a man the right to her mind, body, or soul, so make we leave these matters for there, abeg. 😩😩

Na our toxic culture and traditions dey cause much of this. We need to begin to dead all these useless traditions before it gets worse than it already has. Imagine the notion that a Nigerian woman is not supposed to talk back.
