A curfew was declared by the executive governor of the state. The situation was getting chaotic and police stations were being burnt. Anyone still at the tollgate after 6pm didn't like themselves. I knew the tollgate was going to be cleared that night.

My friend I am saying what I know and saw, nobody told me or hear say. I drove my girlfriend past there and I saw them with my two naked eyes upstairs.

No I disagree, it wasn't the government that sponsored the anarchists. In situation where there is low government control, anarchy sets in. That is what happens naturally. Same thing happened in US during the George Floyd protests. And trust Nigeria, it was getting worser. At at 2 days after the tollgate shooting, we were praying for law and order to set in because the touts were doing carnage everywhere.
