It should have been done by Obiano. That’s why Governorships are zoned, so that development can be even and every Senatorial zone use the opportunity to fix their area.

Notice that Soludo has been working hard around Anambra South, which is his own Senatorial zone. Ekwulobia needed to opened up and given some opportunities like Onitsha and Nnewi. Opening Ekwulobia means creating business opportunities there and adjourning communities. That Nnobi to Ekwulobia has been very tortuous and around Igboukwu is very narrow and snaky. Now it will be expanded. The market around Igboukwu, Isuofia will be opened further. The areas of Aguluezechukwu up to Uga, can connect to the market in Ekwulobia. Their own markets in their communities can further open up, promoting trade and commerce.

As I always ask, some please help us remind Governor Soludo to find a way of fixing Uga-Atani- Ossamala road. Stella Oduah failed completely and one cannot understand what is going on with Tony Nwoye.

Ufuma kwa? I believe that you will also feel the presence of government more. As the governor faces his senatorial zone, Ufuma, which is part of it will not be left off.

Good, he should design a clover-leaf flyover at Nnobi junction;; then, award the dualization of Nnobi to Nkpor as well.

Then, in his 2nd tenure, he should award the dualization of the under-listed Roads:
1. Nnewi - Oba old Road
2. 33 to Otuocha, with a spur to the Airport
3. Extend Esther Obiakor Road via Ifite to connect the NEW GOVT HOUSE Road at Awka
4. Design an overpass at Regina Caeli, Awka
5. Diamond flyover at Book Foundation/Agu Awka Junction
6. Dualise the Amawbia By Pass to link the dualised Amawbia-Uga Road
7. Include at leat 2-metre walkways after the gutters on the either side of the dualized roads in the state
8. Consult road designer to develop/adopt standard for different categories of roads in the Standard. No walkway, no road construction
9. Plant trees not just at the median of constructed roads, but on either sides

Gov Soludo will clear all the local government areas in Anambra state government and mark it.

If your logic holds true,then you should wait till the governorship returns to Anambra north before the Uga-Atani-Ossamala road is worked on.

Governance doesn't and shouldn't work like that. That you are a governor from a particular senatorial district doesn't mean you should focus on your zone only, otherwise why should Soludo do the roads in Okpoko or Ebenebe?,is he from there senatorial districts?

Sorry bro, it is not my logic, but the reality of their unwritten political agreement. Did you not notice that Obiano focused more on his senatorial zone. It is a national practice that you can verify.

It however does not stop the Governor from working in other zones, but at a given percentage, shared between his zone and the others.

That Uga-Atani-Ossamala road is a Federal road. The road cries for complete rehabilitation, as it is very difficult during the raining seasons. However as we know, Governors run those projects and then forward the invoice to the FG for reimbursement.
