That he couldn't deliver Tinubu in Kaduna is because Tinubu was grossly unpopular. Same as how Sanwo-olu won convincingly but failed to deliver Tinubu in Lagos.

El rufai didn't get up to a million in 2019 sir. How come tinubu won Jigawa and zamfara and came close in Katsina, kebbi, sokoto ?
