Both of them will lose if they contest under different parties, this is common sense, they need to work together if they want to kick out Tinubu
Excellent

Guy rest, without the north Obi cannot win.
So? Then he doesn't win. Will heaven fall? It's the choice of the people, not all who run must win

But you want Tinubu to continue but not Atiku. You aren't serious because Atiku is better than Tinubu.
Atiku should go and rest abeg...tinubu is the incumbent so let's all enjoy his disastrous administration since we're all unreasonable in this country. Atiku is no different from tinubu.

what he meant is that even if Obi runs on another party, the north is entirely behind Atiku.
Then Atiku doesn't need to worry about Obi

Those who make it easier for Tinubu to win are those who choose to vote for him

If that is your only reliance then you are not smart, I didn't say you are not though.
So you don't know the political dynamics of 2019 and that of present day are quite different.
1. No Buhari on the ballot,
2. Obi has made more popularity,
3. Atiku is more out this time from look of things,
4. They are not using PDP
5. More Nigerians are are not happy with the present Government than in 2019.
Etc
Obviously, smartness is not one of your fortee.
You still think that Obi is popular grin
He has been exposed as a religious and tribal fanatic. Just wait till election period. You go learn.
Don't come and cry rigging after you have lost again.
Re: Obi Should Just Forget About The ADC Ticket With What I Saw Yesterday At Kastina by Shugavee(f): 3:56pm On Jul 16, 2025
If we want to realistic the Vp ticket will give them a higher possiblity of victory, atleast the south east will hv the Vp slot. They better think right and not be greedy , and listen to social medial infulencers.

Mention one thing that makes OBI to be different from ATIKU and TINUBU
Even if I should mention 10 things sef it's not gonna change anything with you. We know your kind, the country is a mess because of people like you. Just go on and support your candidate, we're all going to enjoy the consequences together.

Bros he said the truth. Obi can not win alone in 2027, it will be very very difficult. Like he said his best bet is to deputize Atiku and they will win flawlessly barring any rigging from the rigging master himself.

For those quoting me, Yes, Atiku can win alone. In fact that was the essence of the OP creating this thread, according to him what he saw shows the North are behind Atiku.
So why didn't atiku and obi win in 2019?

Heffalump:
2027 should be the turn of the Igbos. I'm not selfish by this reasoning. In a balanced political scenario, the SE deserves the presidency in 2027. Tinubu robbed his way into office in 2023. May he never succeed again. The only albatross here is Atiku, who's equally greedy as Tinubu. Both old men have nothing tangible in exchange for power. Obi should run on his ticket if the North refused to make a gentleman agreement. And in that case. Tinubu will continue till 2031. Let's fool ourselves together. Period.
who made it the turn of the south east?

When did Nigeria turn to turn by turn enterprises? If u can't defeat people then u ain't fit to contest

Self deceit is real. From Obi cannot win a single local govt, to Obi cannot win alone. Now it's atiku can win alone but he has been contesting like forever and hasn't won by himself.

Obi is the biggest political movement in the history of Nigeria. Obi is a political party of his own

Atiku will definately to me be better
If he is then this is the time to show it by stepping aside and fully support Obi. But we all know that's not going to happen because he's no different from tinubu. It was his selfishness that that brought apc to government in the first place.

Atiku should step his a.zzz down. The South won't vote him because they haven't completed their 8yrs.

Obi shouldn't become VP to anyone otherwise he'll lose his followers and political value

My own is that we, igbos need to be smart this coming 2027 general election. If OBI won't align properly with ADC or APC which is the main political front then we shouldn't vote his LP which is going to eventually lose.

Igbo people have suffered too much on political marginalization. Playing a different tune will only create more enmity and wins us nothing at last.

Obi should align with atiku, even if he loses ADC primary, he should remain there because if he go ahead to follow Aisha Yesufu's advice and run against atiku and lose, then apparently, atiku later wins the general election. The igbo nation will experience another eight years of marginalization coupled with the one we are in already.
Please tell me what the average Yoruba and Hausa enjoys in Nigeria as a result of them holding onto power?

It is the poor vs the rich. In politics it is the Igbo political elites vs Yoruba and Hausa political elites. The earlier the average Nigerian understands this the earlier our politicians at all fronts will sit up

PETER OBI SINGLE HANDEDLY WIN BOTH ATIKU ABUBAKAR AND TINUBU IN 2023 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION, BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS FOR NOW, PETER OBI IS NEVER A PUSH OVER, NIGERIA BELONGS TO NIGERIANS.

By now you should have known that the Southeast is not desperate for power like other regions, their past political choices have proven that amd 2027 will not be different. So you can't blackmail them into supporting something we all know isn't the right choice for the nation all because of political positions.

Freshtruth:
With what I saw yesterday in kastina when Atiku attended buhari burial that man does not look like who we step down for obi Omo as I see crowd chanting sai atiku in the company of el rufai and tambuwal and ADC chieftains walking. Along side atiku how Obi wan take get that ADC ticket he wan vanish am?

Omo Obi 2027 bid is almost gone my humble conclusion is for obi to lobby for the ADC vice presidential ticket and run with atiku as simple as ABC. Make he no listen to any motivational speaker. To be number 2 man for Nigeria no be teeth. Even goodluck step down from his role as Governor as bayelsa to accept vp ticket so obi half bread is better than non.

My humble and sincere Advise sir
It is not written under an law that Obi must run under ADC, if the ticket is not given to him, he will kindly leave, for another party
