Guys how effective is pop ceiling in reducing heat from a concrete decking exposed to sunlight?

You can consider the use of gypsum board, btw 10mm to 12mm thick.
You will also need to install glasswool (sound and heat insulator) by laying it on the ceiling.
These methods will totally prevent heat.

Goodwill has good 60*60 tiles that you can use. You can as well ask for Royal tiles.

Please is it advisable to fix the water collectors before painting?

My friend said the too much rain is having much effect on the flooring as it falls from the roof.

Fix it before painting. The water will definitely affecting the flooring giving the season plus it will enable the painter to paint it when they are painting.

I don’t know if any one has tipper driver that supply filling sand at Benin Agbor bypass. Good price please. It’s good I start so I don’t make unnecessary use of what’s on me.

Moreso. How much would it cost me to raise a 4 units of 1 bed room to lintel level? And the number of cement I would need. I think the blocks available would goto that level.
