If you just look at it critically, you’ll agree.

The whole Naira redesign stuff was deliberate, and it was to help Obi. Obi was that candidate who wasn’t going to spend money to buy votes.

The main reason for Buhari’s Naira redesign policy was to slow down APC and PDP because Buhari knew those were where the rogues were, and if he allowed them unfettered access to cash , they would simply carry loads of cash to the polling stations and buy all the votes
