I can't access the site

Please need a guide. How do I register on the site to commence the application process? I don't see a register icon or create a new account and when I click on login and type my email I type a password I get the feedback that my email is not registered on the portal.

Keep checking even when it didn't show at first, I logged in this morning for my sister and it showed view application, i just checked now and she was shortlisted.
