Let it be reciprocated that is not our land! I have never seen any Yoruba man claiming Port Harcourt to be his own despite having lands and properties here. I am one of them I have never disrespected any Ikwerre man because they sold their land to me. This is what you guys are doing all over the world of recent is Ghana. These guys don't learn. Same thing happened in Port Harcourt and guess what? The old names remained while the new names disappeared completely. These name changed of today is going to be difficult to stand the time cos the previous name is colonial.

In hundred years to come, the old names won't disappear whether they choose to rename the streets a million times.

Ask Rivers State govt the resultant effect about Changing Obigbo LGA to Oyibo LGA. They actually achieved nothing as the old name is still actively enforced by the people.
