Governor of Anambra state, Professor Chukwuma Soludo has claimed that investment of Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, in Anambra state government is worth next to nothing.

Soludo made this assertion in an interview with Channels TV’s Politics Today on Thursday.

When asked his perspective on government investing outside the public sector with reference to Obi as former governor in Anambra, Soludo simply said, “I don’t know about the investment.”

However, in the rebuttal over the claim by Peter Obi, the Soludo led government has inadvertently revealed that the state gets about 26.2 million naira monthly from SABMiller company and 656.5 million in the past two years.

If such an amount comes from such an investment which was attracted during the time of Peter Obi led government and of which his government invested significant amount, why then did Soludo tell Nigerians that the company amounts to nothing.

I swear. I begin to wonder, are they both not from Anambra? Are the majority of the workers not from Anambra? So, why the pettiness? Irrespective of their parties, i thought the goal should be to drive the over all interest of the Anambra people.

Soludo must be in big shame now. Calling a company that pay millions in tax "next to nothing"

What has Soludo himself attracted to Anambra?

How can a supposed worthless brewery be one of Anambra state highest non-governmental IGR generator? It is said; “Sometimes people don't want to hear the truth because they don't want their illusions destroyed."

Well! Nothing new! A man's enemy is always of his own household first. A very big shame and disgrace on Charles Soludo.
