I think it is Benin City. I was there last month, couldn't find a decent hotel for 30K a night. Had to spend 40K for a regular hotel.

Which state can someone live comfortably with 100k per month?
Cos in PH, u must spend at least 150k to live a modest lifestyle.

This isn't making sense at all, Abuja is crazy with house rent surging to a uncontrollable height

There are places in enugu that are more expensive than some places in lagos. And there are places in Abuja that are cheaper than some other places in Benue

Apart from rent, FCT is by far a very affordable City to live in.

Variably it’s cheaper to live in Lagos than Borno,fct,benue,Enugu,niger, plateau, abia,imo despite its low liquidity flow compared to lagos. Interesting observation. I wonder why though….Those other cheap state under 20% and 15% what’s their income parity like?

Useless statistics so edo Is cheap like seriously they're not normal at all since when did northern states become cost and edo cheap.

This survey should be by cities not states. I school in Awka where the prices are high but in Onitsha, things are relatively cheaper and comparable to Lagos prices.

The whole of Nigeria is expensive but once you're making money, u can live comfortably anywhere in the world

That enugu own I can testify. I have lived in Lagos before I have also been to Abuja but what I experienced in enugu for just 2 weeks almost made me run mad

3 bedroom flat 300k in Uyo while I'm paying 350k for self-contain in Calabar(cross river state)

Calabar cross river state is missing out here on most expensive state.
