Your people are also doing business in the east like tailoring, taxi drivers, selling agbo and herbel medicine.

The business in land is very simple. If you have money. They will sell Land to you.
Now you no get better things to talk 🦜 again 😂😂 una no dey sell land. Tell your people to be welcoming!

This is another verifiable fact to tell Nigerians that Yorubas dont like investing outside Lagos, Ibadan, Abeokuta, etc.

Go to Benin city, Kano, Kaduna, Warri, Asaba, Portharcourt, Jos, Makurdi, Maiduguri, Yola, Jalingo, Yenagoa, Uyo, Eket, Calabar, etc, you will find more Igbo landlords than Yoruba landlords in all the states of Nigeria. That is a proof that Igbos are truly developers.

Yorubas don't have the boldness to travel to upcoming towns and cities, they only go to already developed cities with open opportunities, they are not good at spotting new opportunities in remote or unknown areas unlike the Igbos that even spot opportunities even in desert and are never scared to explore any part of Nigeria or the world at large, forget, it's not by noise, it's God's gift mhen cool

Ok. Pls how do you explain a Peter Obi having at least 90% votes in the last general election in the south east. Atiku an Hausa man won in Osun a Yoruba state. Obi an Ibo man won in Lagos a Yoruba state. Pls not ethnic and tribe?
Abiola had 48percent of the votes in the SE in 1993 and won Anambra state while Obi had just 19percent in the SW in 2023. Twice we voted for Obasanjo as against our own Dim Ojuwuku. Twice we did not vote for Buhari even when he was using popular igbo Men as VP because Buhari was not competent and we told him and his igbo vice to go to hell

The most competent in 2023 election was Obi and we voted him. We voted Yaradua as against Orji uzor Kalu and others igbos. yet we are the ones you beat in Lagos since 2015 and tell us not to come out and vote.

If we do that to yorubas in the East and beat them and tell them not to come out and vote,I know you wont like it..Isnt it?

Do you even understand the circumstances of most names of the streets?
You don't.

It's mostly the first person that develops a land in an undeveloped area, that applies to the government for the Street to be named.

So you should be asking how many Yoruba people have gone to a bush in southeast, clear it and develop it.
They just want the name on a platter, meanwhile hatred doesn't allow allow them to travel. And when they travel, they live 50 people corridor.

You don't have money to buy land. Go and sit down.

You don't travel to do business. Blame you selves. That's your problem. Why are not buying land in Kano ? Are those ones not welcoming also ?

In 1986 in Kano. Aminu dantata donated 10 million in support of Kano State charity and foundation. Igbo community there donated 50 thousand. How much did you people donated to the state ? The answer is simple. You guys don't have the money to do that. You people can't even buy land in Kano talk less of donating to the state foundation.

Blame your self and stop blaming others for your lack of adventurism and laziness.

lagos is no man's land. When my grandfather was developing lagos in trading, construction and real radiate, your yoruba migrant grandfather was farming cocoyam in osogbo. How can you register a street name in lagos when u are from rural osogbo?

But go on and lie.

Which one is Adron homes and property again ?

We have a lot real estate homes and property here in the east that can even challenge your so called Adron home.

Do have the money to buy land worth of 100 to 200 million ? You don't have the money to buy the land. Thats your problem not ours. If you have the cash, they will sell that land to you.

Do you people buy land in Kano , Abuja , sokoto , maidugri etc. Even though those places are cheap ? Do you guys buy land there too ?
Beside the fact that you don’t sell your land to strangers, who is going to buy land in a war zone ? What is the different between Maiduguri that you mentioned and your region in terms of insecurity? They have bandits and Boko haram you have IPOB and unknown gunmen. Perhaps ADRON have properties in Nasarawa and Abuja. Buying lands is not the problem the question is do you ready to sell for strangers ? I stayed many years at Nsukka Enugu state and to rent out apartments to someone from other tribes is problem talkless of buying land

What impact did Yoruba people made in development of Ebonyi state or do you want to give street names to unknown Yoruba people?
They will name streets after some Yoruba leaders in the spirit of one nation.
You will learn the hard way
