Some of us gave this man the benefit of the doubt when the numbers 'confused' him during his budget presentation some months ago. It seems our sympathy was misplaced.

He is still battling with the numbers - as we heard in the clip:

"He came the order day and donate 1.5 thous... ehm..15 million"

"Somebody wey say e no get shishi, where e get 1.5...15 million to...to donate to people?"

Instead of getting a private tutor to help him with his deficiencies, Okpebholo is playing APC's filthy politics. The man has serious problems with both written and spoken numbers - and this is what he wastes his time on?

The good thing is - there are more many more budget presentations to come. He cannot escape.
