With the incoming launch of the Tsunami that is the DCU, who's a top or good actress who's significantly well known amongst TV audience that can veritably play the role of our beloved №1 superheroine— Wonder Woman ??

I'd have said Adria Arjona, would have been a perfect match and facial resemblance— but she's too short. 🤧
Now I'm thinking maybe, Frida Gustavsson of VIKINGS: VALHALLA would be the perfect choice. Similar young age as Superman and Lex Luthor actors. Perfect height. Has the warrior looks and played a very similar role as Wonder Woman, has the elegance and everything.

But what other options we got?


Modified: Gunn has clarified that DC isn't casting based on specific role or movies, but by acting prowess. So the list of possible actors goes BIGGER.

Synopsis:
In South London, a group of normal people suddenly develop superpowers, and the only apparent connection between them is that they are all Black; as they deal with the impact of their powers on their daily lives, one man must bring them together.


Thoughts: (mostly spoilerless)
The concept is good. But the acting and writing are amateurish. It's like if Heroes S1 was written by a highschooler...
All the characters are way too stûpid. They make the worst decisions everytime. It's like only stûpid people got the powers. Even the organization hunting them are so incompetent.

There were so many interesting ideas and concepts to explore but the writers failed woefully to do so. Blabbing time travel concepts like the butterfly effect but not properly exploring it. Despite the characters knowing about the butterfly effect, they were too stûpid to realize how their actions could change the timeline of things to come...

Even the future version of the MC was so stûpid despite being supposed to have more knowledge. You sent someone back in time to stop something without giving the person any info on how it happens of what exactly caused it

Everybody dey talk wetin dem like but remember S4 last episode was 2hrs long. And a couple episodes were about 1hr30mins long.

So, this doesn't look implausible to me.

They're not releasing same time. It's in batches of 3 in December.

No wahala.....

The first scene between Day, Dawn, Dusk and Dermezel in episode 2 was brutal, Day just dey give them back to back. Dusk won finish Dermezel and still had to guts to ask for life extension after he was done.

Dermezel returned the favour.

Remembering Breaking Bad made me to download the Season one of Better Call Saul and just three episodes in, I must say BCS is looking way more more interesting than BD.

I can't even remember her in Gunn films. But, she's kinda good acting wise based on few pics I've seen her on.

But she's too lanky AF. I just hate her physique especially picturing her as WW. That her leg long pass wetin I know.

Good day, please I need a recommendation of a series movie that has a 9/10 rating, the movie can /should be action, where there are intelligence conversations and acts, suspense and thrills.
