Obidients are wonderful people, I love your hypocrisy. Obi could detain El-Rufai back then because he (El-Rufai) was not a sitting governor, so Obi could have him detained. Is Obi a sitting governor at present?. Why the anger now that Obi is served with his own medicine.

Some of you just come and be displaying your ignorance.. even to do a bit of verification, you cant.
At least you would have found out that Elrufai was not Governor in 2014.
Shame!
if not that you are the one displaying ignorance, on what capacity did El Rufai visiting, if not as as a party chieftain. Was there any law that prevented anybody from visiting Anambra before the election day? And on what capacity is Peter Obi visiting other states now?

you think you sound intelligent, but not. Giving it a different connotations doesn't change the fact that Peter Obi used the DSS to ambush and prevent Malam el Rufai from entering Anambra State during 2014 gubernatorial election. For CPC bloc, who are there to give Tinubu a sleepless nights. Can they do more than what they used Emefiele and kyari to do prior to 2023 election? Grow up and respect your elders in the game, bro
I reiterate,.it's called a political banter, take it or you leave it. Can you be in same party and ask your fellow member not to do as he wishes in any state where your party is ruling? You can answer that. A similar scenario happened in Rivers when Amaechi blocked the pdp's campaign venue, diverting the course of a sitting president's convoy to a different venue. Amaechi was the governor then. Wike did same to opposition, check it.

Get this fact down today. No fulani will betray themselves when it comes to voting. Even when they knew buhari would lose his previous elections, they still voted him overwhelmingly. Did tinubu win kano, sokoto, Kaduna and other notable fulani-dominated states except the slim margin lead in katsina? He'd not even get half of the few votes he got in 2023 this time for obvious reasons, except miracle happens

Even if atiku should step down for Peter obi, only elrufai, a popolar fulani can really convince them and based on the single term pact he's being rumoured to have entered into...it's still a rumour. Shetima isn't a fulani man and the reason they don't really accept him. He's a kanuriman. If tinubu doesn't change him in 2027, then he's lucly.

If you had not had a low IQ, I am sure you wouldn't have been defending and promoting that man in Aso Rock.

Ordinarily, you'd have known that on election days, no movement is allowed across states, and Mr Obi made it abundantly clear that it was a mere accusation because he's not the DG of the DSS.

On the flip side, rallies are inalienable rights that citizens enjoy across the country. What Nigerian laws ban is violent protests.

Let that sink in....
What has this issue got to do with defending a man in Aso Rock you and your flimsy excuse.

El rufai was in Anambra on election day and wanted to move about when the state government declared curfew. How is it the same with going to a state to do charity on a random day as an ordinary citizen?
Famous606:
The question is please can you tell me why El rufia was in Anambra state at that particular time

El rufai wasn't yet a governor in 2014, use your head next time 🤷🏿

I think you were still a kid then otherwise you would have known that a sitting governor was busy moving around on election day in another state. What was Elrufai doing in Anambra on a election day? Was he eligible to vote? No. So what was his mission, I believe you know except you just chose to continue deceiving yourself. If it was Obi that was in Kaduna state on election day doing what El Rufai came to do, I know what you guys would have said.
Party sends delegates or committee to monitor elections in any states. They are mostly on ground in the situation room where they monitor election results and report back to the party. The situation room is situated in the state where election is taking place. Every party does that on election day. Peter Obi knows this but being a politician and opposition to Elrufai, he had to harass him to make the election easier for his own party.

My mind flashed back to this event when Obi locked up a sitting Governor like him right there in Anambra but see how the hypocrites who called themselves Obidient, most likely kids who were never born at the time or just began following politics in 2023. Everything Obi is receiving now is called karma, he was worse of as Governor and his records shows it. You can't package a fraud as saint.

This issue has long been addressed and the two gentlemen involved have reconciled. Sending Escobar to Iragbiji in 2027 is a task the two gentlemen have agreed to successfully execute
That Escobar of a guy is a nightmare to Fulani conglomerate and we are rooting for him till 2031.

First of all, El Rufai was not a sitting Governor when this happened (as usual agbado people and misinformation) and he was there primarily to interfere in the elections. I am not defending illegal house arrests or infringement on his right but this statement here is false.
Finally, Soludo has helped us to mention the investment obi attracted to Anambra state during his tenure as governor that is among three top 6 tax payers. Now tell us the investment Tinubu attracted to Lagos state that is among the top 20 tax payers in the state.

Well, when Obi supported elRufai's detention, he had no aspiration for national politics then. When elRufai made that post, he was not coalitioning then. Politicians change like that. Permanent interests, they say. Bygones are bygones now.

How come he (El rufai) now won the case legally and was awarded 4m... There is something wrong for him defending the man in aso rock and he who defend Obi too.
All are fighting for their pockets, family and name

Busybodies and talebearers are very dangerous people.
Anyway, this is a distraction. The focus now both by friends and foes is how to free Nigeria from a government that has inflicted untold hardship on its citizens.

They gave Peter Obi the same Treatment he gave others when he was the Governor of Anambra and Obidients are crying.

Ps: He is right about obi being a trib alist.
Elrufai went to Anambra during a gubernatorial election that's why Obi made the statement as to why the visit during election. Is there any election in Edo which prompted the governor to make such statement.?
