Is the price of the land really appreciating tho? Back in the early 2000's, you would need around 2.5 million dollars to get 180 million back then because of the low exchange rate around 50 to 60 naira per dollar. Now with the high exchange rate, you just need around 1.3million dollars to get 2 billion naira with the current exchange rate of 1,500 naira per dollar

So is the land really appreciating or is the price just inflation driven

I am asking because this seems to be an overinflated value which will never commiserate with the value of the area with time.


So buying a plot of land at Eko Atlantic at this current price will not be a wise investment because with time, the price will fall as the real value will be exposed as time goes on.

Nothing over inflated about it. Lagos is one of the most economically valuable places on planet earth. Most things are underpriced, and Eko Atlantic gives the rest of the world's economy most access to Lagos and Nigeria which are vastly untapped.

that’s because most developers has bought almost all the lands there but have refused to build on it. They re probably waiting to sell it when the money will reach *5 of the amount they initially bought it

If they won't accept 10bn naira I am not buying
