Burkina Faso problem should be faced by burkina Faso people, nothing concern me as Yoruba man.
Africa should concern you and the world too because whatever happens in anywhere in the world falls back on the rest of the world.

There is no opposition again in that country. Traoré is now a full blown dictator who will do everything to hang on to power. We’ve seen it play out over and over again around the world. IBB kept postponing election until he was forced to step aside after June 12. Abacha wasted five years on an electoral process that led to all the political parties throwing him up as presidential candidate.

See, Traoré will never conduct a credible election. He either tries to convert himself to an elected President through sham election or he keeps a tight grip hold on power. He will be removed by a coup sooner or later when others get tired of licking his ass. One person can’t hold on to power forever. Others will also want some action. That is how all these always end. Bookmark this.
Oga he's real. He doesnt believe in democracy and he's scrapped it. simple.
better than your other african dictators who perpetuate themselves in power forever thru sham elections.

Africa is not ready for democracy, we don't beleive in it. we only see it as a means to power.
be honest and ask yourself this question, do the north of nigeria believe in democracy? do u think they will be enthusiastic about our democratic process if they dont have the population advantage?

Be real.

If they remove him, that's their cup of tea. whether the move will be popular or popular is up to burkina faso to decide.
it wont be the first time they will do such.
it only shows the inherent weakness in our system and lack of national interest amongst majority of our leaders.

But muammar Al Ghaddafi represents how many percent to want to rule forever?
Democracy is still best form of governance.
I'll just take this as a joke.
no its not. democracy is now a joke.

recent events in europe has shown democracy in the hands of incompetent leaders is a disaster.
all it takes to destroy a country and ruin what's been built for centuries is a clueless and weak leader running the affairs of a nation for 4 years

Is the Europe you cited not home to countries like Norway, Denmark, Sweden, UK,Ireland, Finland,Germany, France, Spain etc?
Stop using the lack of accountability, impunity, lack of empathy, rampant corruption and greed of our leaders as measure of what democracy means.
That's where you are getting it all wrong.
