Why not simply go after the content creator? ... it's not hard to track him .... Posting a reward will out him immediately.... then she can take him to court. All this noise and he's somewhere laughing getting more clicks.

Even with naija sheety court system, privacy breach regarding health is a huge deal. She will find him, get whichever media he used to block his account and then sue him. Those clicks and laughs in hiding are very fleeting
