My father's brother died of prostrate issues at 82, his cousin died of it and he too did not discover his until he was in his early seventies, he was operated upon and he's now totally free. Thank God I started screening before I was forty and I have mine under control.

When last did you check your sugar level
When last did you check your heart
When last did you check your brain
How about your throat ( if you give girlfriend or wife head) or haven't you head of cancer of the throat/ tongue.

Why am I saying this? How many can you check? They are numerous.

Just do the right thing. Eat healthy live healthy. Something must kill me and you.

For your info, I check my blood sugar regularly and several others and by God's grace, from next year I would be conducting checks on other vital parts & organs once yearly.
