APC has continued with this intimidating style of politics that is largely responsible for the formation of the coalition today. Who would have thought that Atiku, Obi, Elrufai, and other key players of the coalition would be under an umbrella today? Perhaps, if APC had not deployed crude tactics and sabotaged their respective parties, this may not have materialised. The continuous hounding of Obi, the only other Southerner in the race, will further accelerate the decision for him to agree to deputise Atiku because it shows that the agitation for "turn of the South" is just a smokescreen for Tinubu to continue in power.
