I don't think Kemi has anyone in her family who talks to her who is still Nigerian. She is going too far. Let's say she becomes the PM of the UK, and what next after her tenure? Just making enemies out of her native nation. It's better she keeps quiet. She had made her points clear. But making Nigeria the topic everytime she wants to get more supports politically is a big mistake. At least, Nigeria gave her a place to live when she was young.

Read 25c again, she is Nigerian and her parents are Nigerians, her children are Nigerians too. She doesn't even need to pass it because they automatically qualify.

What she cannot pass is Nigerian Citizenship to her his and by virtue of marriage. Unlike how a man can marry a woman and the woman becomes Nigerian by Marriage

25c in what you posted clearly shows her children are Nigerian since she herself is Nigerian by birth.

In fact, if you are born in UK and are black and have a Nigerian name, the embassy will not argue much about your nationality, as I found from experience. Its like the fact you say you are Nigerian is enough for them to accept you are Nigerian.

Kemi was born in Nigeria and even if she was not she has citizenship by virtue of the fact that her parents are Nigerians

See Section 25 C which you posted, it also states that any person born outside Nigeria, either of whose parents are Nigerians are citizens

Kemi was not born in Nigeria but inherited citizenship, and from my interpretation she is correct by saying she cannot pass it to her children.

Her children can become citizens by virtue of their grandparents, but it’s an uphill task for Kemi to apply for her children.
Neither her nor her husband has a Nigerian birth certificate issued, neither does any of her children.

Look at section C. It expressly states any person born outside Nigeria, whose parents are Nigerian is a citizen. That automatically grants her children citizenship status because Kemi is a citizen.

It is not difficult at all, and definitely not an uphill task.

The Nigerian embassy in UK will literally accept you are Nigerian just because you have a Nigerian parent's name on your UK birth certificate.

Nigeria wants our children to come home and do not put unnecessary barriers in their way, apart from the cost which they know we can afford.

This female child marries an Australian, and has kids, and then goes to the Nigerian embassy to apply for Nigerian passports for her kids.
It’s near impossible that they’ll be granted without their grandfather.
