Kemi's parents are Nigerians which means she is Nigerian. Her kids will be Nigerians since their mother is Nigerian. If Kemi denounces Nigeria, her children will be Nigerians because their grandparents are Nigerians.

Kemi lived in Nigeria till she was 16 years old when she moved to the UK. Therefore she is first Nigerian and acquired UK citizenship much later. Dual citizenship or not she is a Nigerian citizen by birth. Her children are citizen already, there is no applying for citizenship for them. Children born to a Nigerian citizen(irrespective of dual citizenship) are Nigerians by birth. That is the wording of the constitution.

There is no becoming citizens for her children, they are already citizens

Gets the child a Nigerian passport… no problem

This female child marries an Australian, and has kids, and then goes to the Nigerian embassy to apply for Nigerian passports for her kids.
It’s near impossible that they’ll be granted without their grandfather.
