This whole rotation thing sounds good on paper but for marathons like the EPL you need a very well defined starting 11 not chopping and changing, when fit we all know who starts for Liverpool, same as Arsenal who have done well in the league, there’s supposed to be a starting 11 to build chemistry, not really a fan of this signing….the Hato deal should be prioritized , where exactly does Xavi play?

ya he can play attacking midfield when palmer plays rw and with his defensive stats enzo can play behind him, he gives us options like nkunku did but if our main rw would be neto, xavi may fill in at lw specifically the left half space, while cucurella overlaps, it's the tactics we watched last season with sancho instead. Anyway I do agree he is more of a midfielder than a winger but he has played wings a lot in his career

Tbh jackson may be sold and even if he starts it's up to him to fight for his starting shirt, I am just glad we are not going into the season with him being out only options he had his chance, chances, 2 full season starting regularly, I won't be harsh and I say I don't care because he has won us points but he has also cost us games as well. As for estevao he is the least affected, boy can play neto or palmer's style of football, hug the lines, half spaces central, he will get his chances.

it's not like we have a starting lw or do we? the teams you mentioned have that and are at the top after many seasons of building, it's not like we are changing the whole team, we scored so few goals last season hopefully the new additions spark a revival in that area

wait what, rbl signed xavi for 50m + 30m in add one on a 3year contract expiring in 2027, I recall he moved that last year for 80m after his hype from psv but this detail is like xavi didn't want to stay there for long but yet the club paid 50m and even agreed 30m in add on.
