So before Obi must come to the state he must inform the governor so that people like you can leave the state and go on an errand. If you are around what will you do exactly? There are Obidents in Edo and he won in the state and we all know when Obi requests for that permission he won't get it. This is just a way of saying opposition in Edo has no place and that Edo State is no longer operating under democracy because they allowed thugs and people who couldn't pass their waec to rule them.

Because of bad policies, Nigerians are leaving the country in droves for safety and survival.
All over the world, Nigerians are found and being hounded by host nations because political environment at home not conducive.

The government gives him security.
The government gives him vehicles.
The government gives him aides.
The government gives him allowances.

The man has been out of government for years. He is not a member of any state or federal executive council. He is simply a former state governor and a former presidential candidate. Where is all this talk about assets and national security coming from?

Everyone knows who and what the real security issues in Nigeria are. Those issues are the reason why a road trip to Damboa or Monguno is nothing but a death wish. Everyone knows what the assets that need urgent attention in this country are. Terrorists are doing everything they can to overrun Niger state - and the federal government has not been able to contain them. There is suspicion that they may be angling to seize control of the hydroelectric dams at some point. Isn't this what the government should be worried about - instead of an opposition politician who (as BAT supporters say) came third in federal elections two years ago?
