Abi you're after your commission

You do not have the competence to establish what a prospective employer can pay his employee. The fact that someone lives in a particular area doesn't necessarily mean that he can afford to pay a driver above minimum wage. Have you ever heard of squatting? What about the fact that person could be living in a BQ?

If you have done this work as long as I have you will come to terms with the fact that life is perfect. We all get what we deserve. If a a truly committed, dedicated, faithful, professional driver with integrity dripping gets a role where he is underpaid......it will only be for a while as events will unfold and lead him to the exact frequency that matches his vibration.


Everyone gets that they deserve in life. There is nothing like a standard rate for any position. Its all optics,

Its not about grammar Sir. You and indeed all of us need to drop our inherited sense of entitlement and deal with reality. We operate an open market situation. If a job does not pay you well you move to a better one....if you can.

In the same vein an employer is within his limits to pay whatsoever he deems fit for the value he expects from that role and he can also choose to sack , elevate/promote any staff depending again on the perceived value.

If you don't pay staff we'll enough for the service they render, that's when dishonesty starts to creep in.

The assumption here is that dishonesty occurs when the reward is poor?

An honest staff will quit an underpaying role rather than steal. On the other hand a dishonest staff will steal no matter how high the salary is. Its anchored on the individual employees value system.
