This is the structure a smart politician relies on and not directly with electorates. Forget what you read on social medias, in this part of the world, people decide whom to vote for by connection and not by accessing the candidates performances or manifestos.

The North don't joke with their own, yet, they can't make Buhari a President in 1999, 2003, 2007, 2011 until when the South decided to make him president in 2015.

Not that Tinubu is doing well, in fact, Tinubu government is a major disaster, but instead of having another Northern president in 2027, it's better for Tinubu to have that seat forever not just until 2031.
