Yes this Government spends recklessly on some things like renovation of the office of the chief of staff and car for the First Lady. We can also argue about the amount to be spent for this solar installation in ASO Rock (10 Billion naira).

However, this solar installation in ASO Rock comes alongside several other solar projects for universities and hospitals across the country and not just for ASO Rock.

“Thirty seven federal universities and as many tertiary hospitals across Nigeria are to have solar hybrid systems installed as the government looks to provide a reliable source of electricity to these institutions amid ongoing grid capacity challenges”.
