If your car is factory tinted no matter how small the tinted portion may be, you can apply without medical report. Everything cost me #21,500 including compulsory bribe in police headquarters to get the permit for SUV.

Anyone can apply without medical report. The issue is A rogue police at check point will ask for both your tint permit and a medical report . Failure to provide the medical report will lead to another compulsory bribe. So do yourself a favour and get the report ready. Do you understand?

This is a misinformation. On the possap platform, you can either choose factory tinted, medical or security reasons as the reason you are applying for the permit. Nobody can ask you a medical report when you are driving a FACTORY TINTED vehicle with your permit. You can also print out the screenshot of your registration page where you chose Factory Tint if you like.
What I meant by COMPULSORY BRIBE is they will ask you some money in cash for processing at the police headquarters when you go there for capturing which I termed as a bribe. Everything cost me #21,500. #14,500 payment online including transaction charges and 7k bribe for a 2012 model SUV.

✅ BUT – rogue police fit still ask for it, especially if you dey drive SUV or they no believe your reason

A rogue police told me that trash abt 2years ago you need to see the way I para for him till he let me go. His fellow police officers didn't bother to interfere. That was what made me suspect the particular police is fond of looking for any means to extort money from people and I made sure I no give am shishi
