Peter obi is very smart, Datti Baba Ahmed is a placeholder for him in labour party, as his plan B, incase if he fails to get presidential ticket in ADC, Datti Baba Ahmed who will obviously clinch the labour party presidential ticket in the absence of Peter Obi, will then resign before election period paving way for Peter Obi to take over the ticket. In all this arrangement, Atiku will lose more if he insists on contesting and Tinubu will be the beneficiary again like in 2023.

He's smart because he believes it's the turn of the south now, but since Atiku doesn't want to reason it that way, instead of him to support Atiku to win Tinubu, he rather sabotage his effort for Tinubu to win, it's a win win situation, the south still have the presidency.
