Geography. Those places are with forests, deserts, mountains or completely frozen and covered with snow.

I believe your question is about a place where no one can claim and you could just move to without hassle. The closest term I've found to that is Terra Nullius.

Apparently there are only 3 territories in the world but the good news is if you are thinking of moving, there is one in Africa.

You are very correct in your opinion, number one example of those who doesn’t have Nationhood in them are those who will see an incompetent person and still vote for them to be in office based on religion or tribalism, majority of the people who voted for Tinubu knew he wasn’t capable enough to rule the country but the voted for him based on tribalism and religion sentiments, such people can be refers to as people without patriotism.
