Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has made her way into the National Assembly premises in Abuja, after she was initially denied access.

The lawmaker who is serving a six-month suspension by the upper lawmaking body had vowed to resume sitting in the NASS chambers after a court verdict asking the Senate to recall her.

However, when she attempted to resume, her convoy was stopped, denying her entry into the premises.

Senator Natasha, who was inside a black car, was stopped from entering the National Assembly. The car in front of her, carrying activist Aisha Yesufu, was also stopped from entering the National Assembly.

But later on, she came out of her car and proceeded into the National Assembly on foot, accompanied by some supporters.

Until now, she has not supplied evidence for all the allegations she made. She has been playing the victim.

She lied that the court judgement ordered her reinstatement. Assuming it is even an order, the "order" was not for her to resume, but for the senate to consider amending their rules and reinstating her. She has not issued the apology on two national dailies and on Facebook. She has lied to herself that the judgement ordered her to resume.

This is a woman who did not even understand the rules of the senate that her seat could be changed and she could only speak from the seat allocated to her. She also didn't understand how to file a petition. She even broke diplomatic protocol when she went to Interparliamentary Union Meeting at UN to peddle her stories, thereby denying Nigeria the opportunity to speak.

Dear Nigerian Senate please consider suspending Natasha again for:

1. Going to the IPU illegally and telling lies that women were repressed. She admitted she was there illegally as she was on suspension.

2. Attempting to criminally break into the senate with two intruders, one of whom wants Nigerian to burn over the loss of elections by her principal and her refusal to account for how she spent diaspora funds.

Extend the suspension for 9 momths and ask her to hire a tutor to teach her properly how to interpret a court judgement and properly understand the rules of the senate.

The court nullified her suspension. That means her suspension was NULL & VOID and never was. If a court nullifies someone's suspension, do you need any order to state that she should be recalled. As far the law is concerned SHE WAS NEVER SUSPENDED. As such there is no need to order a recall.
