People do things for several reasons and just like every human venture, it can be a success or it could fail.

We doing everything base on our budget and all plans won't exceed 1M.

I still find it hard to comprehend that a man/woman with sense will be willing and happy to spend millions of naira to rent hall buy food buy clothes, rent photographers and do all those things that come with weddings, Just for people, friends foes, well wishers, jealous busy bodies to gather in your name and eat and dance and make u center of attraction.

That's part of customs and tradition. The foodstuff is not because they are hungry, what you buy and each item has its own significance
