I’m in same predicament… I dare not sleep without bathing.. I will be hot while sleeping or inadequate sleep or nightmares..

Check your blood pressure, because normally not taking bath a whole day disturbs alot ranging from restlessness to lack of concentration etc. so may be your blood pressure is a little higher than usual when you feel that stress from not taking to our bath.

I wanted to support your claim but on second thought I don't agree. I think his body has been programmed to having a bath a day that if he misses, his brain fires a.message to his body, prompting him to run a temperature such that he needs to cool it down with a dip. In my case if I don't clean my tongue after brushing my teeth. I feel an incompleteness in my being until I've done the required routine. His case is a routine induced Adaptation gone overboard.
