If you sold this front loader washing machine for 80k then you either stole it or its not in good condition.

In business there is what we call highest bidder. Asking price was stated and only a serious buyer will call and then negotiate. We sold a land of 40m for 30m. We had many offers but later settled for the best offer. My commission is just 5%.

Now in this case a lady reached out to me to help her sell items at specific prices. I don't need to know if she owns them or not. All l need to do is broker a deal with her. Normally we agree on 10% commission with sellers of household items. In the case of cars we have an agreement with the seller.

I have four Toyota Camry 2004 model currently at 3.4m, 3m, 3.2m and 3.8m. Now that's same car with different prices but with different owners. Infact the one of 3.2m is even far better than the one of 3.8m.

The young boy was just marketing for someone and he made 40k profit from it. Imagine if he sold just ten IPHONES in a month = 400k profit. That's called STRATEGIC INTELLIGENCE. It's also called SMART WORK.
