Good day. I'm in a situation. I'm purchasing a land in ikhueniro/ Ekhoeniro community in the bypass area, Edo state and I have been on ground for some days now. I know these things varies with communities but I do need the experienced ones on here to guide me through what and what I need to confirm the seller's credibility/ ownership and also the documentation required to secure the land to avoid future conflicts. I don't have much time here as I need to get back to Lagos by Wednesday next week. I will appreciate anyone familiar with the aforementioned location and community/ how they operate when it concerns land issues to assist with all requirements and information that are mandatory. Thanks
