Sebi Liverpool podcasters said €75m is too much for Osimhen and his wage demand is too high because he's untested in the premier league. Now they're hyping a €95m deal for one Ekitikete boy that has also never been tested in the EPL and has never scored more than 15 league goals per season in his entire career. The way Bundesliga teams take scam Liverpool this transfer window needs to be studied.
Osimhen is a victim of the west super power . They see him as arrogant to their system so he's blacklisted .
To the young man all the best ...

Atleast some Liverpool fans will not blame klopp for this one!

There has been this dumb report being circulated on social media that klopp actually wanted Nunez while the director wanted nkunku!

After seeing the super performance of isak at Newcastle and a contrasting performance from Nkunku at Chelsea, the report mischievously changed Nkunku to isak!

Yet most LFC fans ignorantly carried the information and attacked klopp online!

I hope Hugo does well but if he doesn't,we all know who to blame!
The most beloved Edwards who can do no wrong in the eyes of most LFC supporters!

What baggage? Is he the first player to fall out with his club management? Why was Man Utd begging for him to take a pay cut to play for them if he has all that baggage? They were ready to pay the €75 but wanted him to pay him wages less than £200k/week. Same as Chelsea and Juventus, they were willing to sign him at reduced wages but he refused. The fact is, European clubs don't see African players as deserving of the type of wages European and South Americans earn. Good thing Osimhen did not reduce his worth because he wants to play for a top EPL team now he's the highest earner in the Turkish league. In all you do, always know your worth!
He may have even earn more than that in Saudi Arabia. But that's not the issue here. Till tmrw Turkish league is still inferior to the top 5 league in Europe and they'll pay such amount like the Saudis just to attract good players.
.
If Osimhen likes score 50 goals in Turkey, he will still be behind someone who score 30 goals in England, Italy, Spain and co when it comes to awards consideration. Except he do the unthinkable by winning the UCL with Gala.

If They don't see u Africans as anything, u guys should create ur own league na. Always player victims card. Is it not the same Nigeria that Igbos and Yoruba are discriminating against themselves? And u are angry the Europeans are doing it too u. U guys should be happy they are even allowing u to play their league.

Exactly. That's why I turned a 120k teaching job. Anything below 165k or 150k with accomodation. I won't do the job. You must know your worth.

Personally, the way the transfer market is these days is something else....on a good norm, he's just had ONE good-not even great - season, and he's worth this huge amount? The guy no pass something like 20m at best! Yes, he played in the 3rd best league- I stand to be coreected- league in Europe...but still....just one season.....for now o, na waste of money.
Re: Ekitike: Did Liverpool Make A Financial Mistake? by Angelfrost(m): 1:34pm On Jul 24, 2025
Not gonna lie, that amount shocked me... 90 Million for wetin?!!

Then again... Liverpool hardly ever get it wrong with transfers, except for Nunez.

Inflation in the transfer market is real...!

Clubs have to take youth development in their academies very seriously.

Only very few players are worth more than 50 Million Pounds in my honest opinion.

Honestly, it makes no sense at all.

If Osimhen is overpriced at 75 Million, Hugo shouldn't cost more than 45 - 50 Million.

African players are so highly undervalued in Europe.

In other words he is choose money over career end. He might as well join the saudi league

Turkish league will gradually drop your form. You can take a pay cut and get in 2yrs cpntract in a big league. Bag 40plus goals and watch them increasr your wages on your renewed contract. Its just basic stoopping to conquere. That way you are were you need to be career wise and money wise. If the white you say is racist. Then find a way round it. While preserving your worth. Playinh in a lower tier is is not exploring your worth in the proper sense.

Be like them thay smoke Colorado for Anfield. Frankfurt owners will be popping whiskeys through out this week for one of the most successful scams in football history for a guy Nunez is clearly better than. Worst still they want sell Diaz who is suppose to be the next star after Salah for just 75m chai I no understand this.
Money laundering. If you know you know.

The osimhen issue is more complicated than you are saying it

Napoli is the larger issue

Salah is paid very well

For football reasons he should have taken the small cut to play in any of the top 5 league

Then move to Saudi or USA later

In your dreams bro will Liverpool retain their EPL title.

Not with the new Chelsea's hot bloods (Joao and Estevea) ready to mesmerise EPL with new skills in football, Liverpool will turn spectators on the field, with Ekitike or not.

As for those asking why clubs don't want Oshimen but prefer Hugo who just like Oshimen haven't been tested in the EPL,it all boils down to the calibre of the agent a player possess!
Agents determine where a player goes!
They also determine how much a player is paid during negotiations for either transfers or contract renewal!
For instance,Gyökeres agent had to reduce his fees just so that the arsenal transfer deal will be agreed on!
Agents do a lot behind the scenes that we don't even know!

Yes. I believe he’ll be worse than Nunez. He’s not that good. Except he proves me wrong.

Let’s be open minded about the lad after all season will start soon and all the hype and BS will be in the open. But I do wish him well cos any player can thrive at Liverpool.

Another problem he will face is the selfish Sallah whom prefer to take on every chances he gets

He was definitely overpriced, no arguing that.

Still, he is a very good player, just unfortunate that France squad is brimming with so much quality and experience for Hugo to just stroll into.

That doesn't mean he is worth a good market value.
