The presence of Højlund there has already spoilt the whole show for Man United. You can't have such a player in your forward line and call it best attacking. 🤥 You dey whine?

.. btw, I'm a united fan.
That boy Højlund kill that front line.
He supposed left it blank or put a girl there.

how can you put man utd ahead of Chelsea
Yes I boldly put Man United ahead bcus first of I said earlier that if it was by last season performance Man United is not supposed to be there.
But this season is a new one and you can't compare Joao Pedro and Liam Delap who are natural striker to Cunha and Mbeumo who are not even natural strikers. Cunha and Mbeumo goals last season is 36 combined while Joao Pedro and Delap is not up to 25 and they're winger and midfieder o.
Now in as much as I respect Cole Palmer's ability, I can't compare him with Bruno Fernandez. The only place Chelsea has upper hand in that forward line up is Neto to Amad Diallo and Neto just slightly hedge Amad.
Noticed I didn't talked about Hojlund cus he may not be a starter or might have gone before the season starts.
Now let me hear your analysis on why you think my assertion is wrong

Maresca new face of epl because of club world cup win?

Arsenal will always be among favorites but they lack the title mentality . And their new striker isn't the one that will bring that mentality.
Amorin's united have nothing to offer going by their activities in the transfer market. Still going after average players

Bruno and Palmer? Palmer is sure on a far higher level than Bruno any day any time. Don't even go there.

Trophies is for last season. We are in a new season and everyone is starting afresh.
Last two season and the one before that Man Utd won trophies did Chelsea win anything. So don't go there.
Every team is starting afresh now, so lets see how it goes.

Chelsea
Arsenal
Man City
Liverpool
Man United

In that order

I am a Man United fan. Don't get it twisted but I have to judge based on happenings on field and off field within the last two months as the form and energy each team has had during the summer after the previous EPL season is likely what they will bring to start the new season.

1. CHELSEA - This is my obvious choice as no 1. Why? They are high on confidence right now after beating the 'unbeatable PSG'. Their attack is made up of mostly new players but they have bonded quickly and perfectly enough to win the CWC. They will bring that energy into the new season.

2. ARSENAL - This is debatable as number 2. But I can only imagine the deadly combo between Gyokeres, Rice and Saka. Saka and Rice would deliver those assists. Gyokeres if his form last season is anything to go by will bring in the goals.

3. MAN CITY - Debatable too because they rightly deserve the 4th position. Despite the addition of new signings to boost the attack, those additions don't seem to have made any difference to their slump last season.

4. LIVERPOOL - I trust Salah. Unfortunately, I can't say so much about other strikers. What's worse, they lost Jota. As much as I believe Liverpool won't give up their title easily, burnout is also real and it's most likely to affect them. I also don't believe they will be emotionally strong enough to move on from Jota that easily. That's my strong belief with regards to the EPL. The UCL is a different issue entirely. They are my favorite among English teams to go far in the UCL. My prediction, they won't win the EPL title back to back. But the UCL? Never write them off.

5. MANCHESTER UNITED - I love the additions. Mbuemo and Cunha are lovely but Hojlund is a waste in front of goal. Football is all about goals not ball possession. Remove Hojlund from the lineup. Only then can we have a conversation. Also, I really don't see Man United recovering from the 16th position last season to suddenly start posting wins, enough to win the EPL title. I just don't see it. It will take much more than just Mbuemo and Cunha. It will take a complete shift in the mindset of the players and I don't see that happening this season.

SUMMARY
Chelsea would start by chasing both UCL & EPL and would have to give up one for the other.

Arsenal would chase both UCL & EPL and fail in both.

Manchester City can win the EPL title if they recover from their slump. UCL title? Not going to happen.

Liverpool won't win the EPL because of burnout. They would at least enter semifinal of the UCL

Manchester United will make a top 6 finish, nothing else.
How is PSG unbeatable.? They where already beaten by botefago in the club world cup . Liverpool beat them and Aston villa thought them a lesson in EUCL.
So you are just overhyping chelsea
Arsenal will experience burnout as well if you say Liverpool will

This is the season everybody will know the true strength of Chelsea. Inexperiences of ; Jackson, Gusto,Madueke, Disasi, Badishile, Nkunku cost us so many things and most importantly our respect.
Lol so now you have gotten all the experience overnight to win the league right? Wirts Diaz Sala Gakpo are jokes to you right?

Arsenal or Liverpool should take be first. Then mancity 3rd. Others can follow

So have the team you support signed any player from Barca, Liverpool, Madrid and Bayern?

If no, all your players come from average teams. so sit down and use that white substance god gave you.

So chelsea proved itself against PSG. What test do you want from them? they should play with heaven and beat the angels?

CWC is not packaged. You need to win Champions league to qualify. Its bigger than Champions league.

While I agree that chelsea players may later flop. But the reasons you gave up there about average team is not well thought of. You goofed there.
Lol deep down in you. You know this is a joke. Even world cup is not bigger than champions league. Club world cup that few big teams played in. It's should be compared with Europa

You're actually correct but why people neglect them is just the fact that their performances do not culminate to trophies. They have a good squad and play better football but gives up at critical times

That is why the word unbeatable is in parentheses. I also concluded that Arsenal would not win either UCL or EPL. That answers your last statement.

Deep down your mind, you know you're lying to yourself. Club World Cup is not the mate of Champions League in every standard. Is it the prize money you want to talk about, or the participation of teams all over the world? Or is it the price of tickets for watching each match. Or is it the numbers of spectators who watched the final? Is it the involvement of Great Presidents in it? Or you want to talk about the teams who participated? Best of the best actually participated in it. And mind you, the FIFA World Cup is greater than every club football tournament. Stop peddling lies.

At the end of the season the usual story will be, 'if this player and that player had been available, we will have won the league'.

At the end of the day it is injuries and squad fitness that usually determines the best team to win a league'.

Keep your players fit and stand a serious chance. Soccer titles are not beauty contests.

Ok let Chelsea players go and win balondor because they won club world cup na. No player will win balondor if they don't win the champions league in a non world cup year.
World cup is the biggest competition . Accepted
