My name is Akenwa Akens Audu, I am a leadway pension subscriber, my leadway pension account is 110053956057. I have been out of job for four months. In this harsh economics, things have not being easy for me but I continue pushing to keep life going. Worst hit was when I got a phone call from my younger sister in the village that my brother is ill, he was rush to hospital but the doctor refuse to attain to him, that 35% of the medical bill will be deposited before treatment will commence. That was when I remember as leadway pension subscriber, I am entitle to 25% of pension saving since I have being out of job for four months. I used my phone to google about their requirement and duration to access the cash. The responses was three to five working days. I went to the nearby office at Ikeja Opebi and provided them with all the necessary document. I became optimistic about providing solution to my brother medical bill. I even went to borrow money from a friend to pay part of the bill and promise to pay him back when I got paid by Leadway pension. The confidence in me was overzealous. In the first week of my application, on the third working day, I started looking at my Phone incase of credit alert. First week ended with no result. Second week, same hope of getting pay persist. fourth day of the second week, I called the customers care number given to me to follow up with, I was told "Please exercise some patience as this is receiving priority attention " . the respond revived my dwindling optimism, I heave a sigh of relief hoping the next day, I will get[b][/b] pay. Second week ended without payment. Third week, I called on the third day of the week and was told the same thing. That was when I became angry and disappointed with their mode services. As the time of this post, Leadway continue to frustrate me. This is unfortunate.

If you have the app you should be able to monitor the status of the application , i think they have to send the documents to Pencom for approval before they Can pay you

Also follow up with your last place of work to know if they have reach-out to them for confirmation of your date of birth with your former office personnel records

This may lead to delays, mostly when they find it difficult to get their address of your former office or get reply from your office. I wish you well!
