We would like to provide the following clarification:

On July 10, 2025, the customer placed live bets on FootballGO events that had already concluded at 15:55 PM (kick-off time: 14:25 PM). Due to a temporary system glitch, certain known outcomes remained available for selection beyond the match end time.

This resulted in unusually high odds being generated for the following combinations:

54,816 odds from 7 games including:
/NG, Next Goal, Total Goals (1.5), Next Goal (3), Total Goals (2.0), 1st Half – Total (1.5), HT /NG

867 odds from 4 games including:
Total Goals (0.5), Total Goals (1.5), Next Goals (6), Total Goals (2.5)

13,913 odds from 6 games including:
Total Goals (0.5), Next Goals (4), Next Goal (5), Next Goal (2), Total Goals (2.5) x2

In accordance with BetKing’s Terms & Conditions and standard industry practice, all bets placed on already-settled outcomes during the affected period were voided, and the respective stake amounts were refunded to the customer.

We would also like to clarify that no bet history was deleted. Bet history defaults to the past 7 days. To access older tickets, customers can simply tap the Bet History filter and select a 30-day view.

This case has been escalated and documented with relevant regulatory authorities as part of our commitment to transparency and operational integrity.

Glitches like these are covered in almost every bookie terms and conditions.
If this had happened on sporty, his case wouldn't be different.
