I can relate to this especially for an indie or solo developer. The worst experience is for Google to ban your Google console account. It is not easy at all doing it in a country like Nigeria

Google and Apple rejections ,if APIs is lower or depreciated due to new os version. The strategy is to make developer build for the top latest os version. It is called business.

Admob and Google PAY accept Nigerians but the criteria is long after some time the app will be ban due to lack of trust in Nigeria. I have been ban multiple times even though I didn't click my ads maybe someone tried to attack me personally by spamming with bots.
