What I said. LG in Oyo state is comatose. Lagos LGs are heads and shoulders above them. When it comes to Lagos, their father's farm is by far the biggest in Nigeria. They don't even need to go anywhere

My friend from Taraba state told me days ago after returning from his village, that the major project their local govt chairman did for a whole tenure, was repainting the local govt secretariat buildings. He said nobody cares as long the local chiefs and leaders are settled monthly, pay salaries to workers whom most appear in the office whenever they like.

I'm not twisting. I stand by what I said about LG in Oyo state. The chairmen there can't lace the boots of councillors in Lagos. They are that comatose. And why wouldn't they. Makinde has said he does not believe in Local govts. Of course, he would castrate them.
