If it's for rituals, those children wouldn't have been found alive by now. It may be as a result of long time of waiting for issue which is not forthcoming.

To curb this problem of child trafficking in the east, government needs to make child adoption process seamless. Remove all bottlenecks associated with child adoption so that childless couples can easily adopt!
