Well, if your wife or girlfriend is one then you have a lot to do. There are basically in two folds, those that are conscious and those that are semi-conscious. The semi-conscious have not come to the realization of who they are, they just see glimpses perhaps talking to someone, seeing themselves with others etc while those that are conscious...well, wield their realizations to the fullest—This is just the simplest classification based on consciousness; there are others that take water types, location and actions into consideration.
